This hands-on session illuminates the essentials of cinematography! There is so much to learn in this area, but it all starts with the core skill of lighting. From setting up equipment, to moving the lights - you’ll have a go at doing everything PLUS pressing record

Session 4 / Mon 14th Aug – Editing and Post-Production

Once the shoot’s wrapped, are you ready to assemble your vision in the editing suite? Tayla’s an accomplished professional who’ll introduce you to the fundamentals of post-production techniques. Ensuring everything from style of the film to pace, you’ll understand how to best edit a film for your desired audience.

 

Session 5 / Mon 21st Aug - Audio

Audio is absolutely essential to producing an immersive final product. Get the boom stick and lapels ready! Peter is an absolute guru of getting clean audio on set, and he’ll show you all the tricks to managing audio in different shoot locations.
